This is more of a science-fiction film than a horror flick but still ratchets up some shocks. Fritz Weaver plays a scientist who designs a super-intelligent computer, Proteus, that starts to have designs on his wife.

Julie was born in India and rose to become one of the most iconic film stars of the sixties winning an Oscar for Darling in 1965. Christie has always picked her roles carefully leaving room for charity and campaigning work but she is still active at 78.
I found this blog extremely useful. Hope you get back to it at some point - I know the 80's have an abundance of nude slasher girls just waiting to be categorized.
