This Canadian horror was based on the true life case of Ed Gein but in spite of that it's actually very funny if you like black humour with an excellent performance by the little known Roberts Blossom in the main role.
Blossom plays Ezra Cobb a man who's been driven insane by caring for his domineering and emotionally abusive mother ( Cosette Lee ). When she dies he digs her up but that's not the end of it.
