James Cameron's blockbuster sequel has its critics and it certainly is very different in tone from Ridley Scott's original film but on its own terms it's a relentlessly exciting action thriller with some memorably sharp dialogue.

Carrie was born in the US but was at school in England when cast. She had no prior acting experience and didn't pursue a career in acting. She became a schoolteacher. She did a voice cameo for the animated film Thunder Island.

Jenette was born in LA to parents from Brazil and MOrocco. This was her first screen role and her most iconic. She had a middling career in film and TV but since 2010 her appearances have been sporadic , partly due to a successful business career selling larger bras. She has not appeared in anything since 2019.
Cynthia Dale Scott ( as Dietrich)

Death : Either died when an alien burst through her chest or perished in a nuclear explosion

Cynthia studied sculpture in Rhode Island then moved to London to try and launch a music career. This was her first film role but she failed to capitalise on it scoring only bit parts before moving out of the business in the nineties.
Colette Hiller ( as Ferro )

Death : Attacked by an alien, causing her to crash and explode the spaceship she is piloting .

Although born in America, Colette has spent most of her working life in Britain. Aliens was the last of her handful of film roles. Since then she has worked for the BBC on documentaries and as Creative Director of SingLondon . responsible for a number of civic art projects between 2007 and 2012.
