530 Jason Lives : Friday the 13th Part Vi

 Jason  lives again although  actually he doesn't, this being the point in  the  franchise  where  any pretence  that  he's  still  a  human  being is  abandoned after  his  Frankenstein-esque resurrection  in  the  opening  scene. Of  course  he's  up  to  his  old  tricks  again and  this  would  be  a  tedious affair  were  it  not  for  a  sharp  script with  knowing  humour.

Jennifer Cooke ( As Megan)

Sex : Megan  teases  but  gives  nothing  away

Death : Survives  ( though  it  rests on  Jason behaving  very  uncharacteristically )

Unusually  for  the  franchise, Jennifer  was  a  relatively  experienced  actress  having  just  starred in  the  Sci-fi  TV series V   This  was  her  second and  final  film  role. She  quit  acting  the  same  year  to  help  run  a  tea  chain  with  her  husband.

Kerry  Noonan ( as Paula )

Sex : No

Death : Eviscreated  by Jason

Kerry  was  born  in  New  York. She  was mainly  a  TV  actress  and  for  her  too  this  was  her  second and  final  film. She  retired  in  1995 and  returned  to  academia  specialising  in folklore  and  anthropology. She  is  currently  a  Professor  at  Champlain College.

Renee  Jones ( as Sissy)

Sex : No

Death : Jason twists  her  head off

Renee  was  an  older  and  experienced  TV  actress  and  former  model who  appeared  in  nearly 2,000 episode  of  Days  Of  Our  Lives . She  retired in 2012.

Darcy DeMoss ( as Nicky)

Sex : Nicky  has  ( pretty  unconvincing ) sex  while  dancing with  the  male counsellor

Death : Jason smashes  her  head  into  the  wall  of  her  camper van

Darcy's  appearance  is  little  more than a  cameo  but  she  has the  most  memorable  death scene.

Nancy McLoughlin ( as Elisabeth )

Sex : No

Death : Speared in the head by Jason

Nancy  was  the  wife  of  director  Tom Mcloughlin  and  the  character's  surname  was  her  own  maiden  name. However  she  had  some  acting  experience  and after  this  a  long  acting  career  on  TV  with  regular roles in  Any  Day Now and The Moonstone.

Ann Ryerson ( as Katy )

Sex : No

Death : Katy  is  the  middle  victim of a triple decapitation by  Jason's machete

Ann  was  primarily  a  TV actress both  before  and  after  this  and  her  career  is  ongoing.

Courtney Vickery  ( as Nancy ) 

Sex : n/a

Death : Survives

This  is  the  first  of  only  two  film roles  for  young Courtney.

Cynthia Kania ( As Annette)

Sex : Annette and  her  bofriend  are  disturbed just  as  she's getting down to it

Death : Run  through  with Jason's machete

Cynthia  was  the  girlfriend  and  later  wife of Vincent Gustafario who plays Deputy Rick in the  film. Though  she  remained  a  bit  part  actress in films she's  a  respwected  stage  performr  and drama coach.
