131 Back From The Dead ( 1957 )

This  occult  drama  doesn't  have  a  bad  storyline  but  it's  let  down  by  wooden  acting, hamfisted   editing  and  a  sloppy  script.

Arthur  Franz  - the  worst  offender - plays  Dick  Anthony who  Rebecca-style  brings  his   pregnant second  wife  ,Mandy,  to  the  home  he  shared  with  his  deceased  first , Felicia. When  he plays  a  weird  tune  on  the  gramophone  Mandy  has  a  fit, loses  the  baby  and  wakes  up  as  Felicia. Her  plain  Jane  sister  Kate,  - they  don't  look  remotely  alike -  grapples  with  the  bad  guys  to  get  Mandy  back.
