484 Alone in the Night (1982)

 This  has  similarities  to  the  execrable  Killer's  Moon  but  it's  a   better  film  ( not  too  difficult I  suppose ). Four  dangerous  loonies  including  Jack  Palance  and  Martin Landau  escape from  a  mental  hospital and  make  for  the  home  of  the  new  young  doctor they've  taken  a  dislike  to. Despite  some  good  performances  and  comic  moments ,  this  is  a  bit  low  on  thrills, high  on  plotholes   and  the  "shock" twist   is  obvious  from  the  get-go.

This  was   Deborah's  first  film  role  although  she  was  already  a  respected  stage  actress in New  York. She  has  maintained  a  low  profile  carerr  in  film  and  TV  to  this  day.

Not  much  is  known  about  Lee. This  was  her  first  film  and she  made just  nine  appearances  in  film  and  TV  up  to 2001.

Elizabeth  Ward  ( as  Lyla )

Elizabeth  was  a  child  actress  on  TV  with  this  being  her  only  film  role. She  has  not  acted  as  an  adult.

Carol Levy (as Bunky )

Sex : Bunky  starts  making  out  with  her  byfriend

This  was  the  last  and  only  substantial  film  role  for  Carol. She  retired  at  he  end  of  the  eighties  and  is  now  an  estate  agent  in New  York.

Lin  Shaye ( as  Melody )

Lin  is  the  younger  sister of Robert  Shaye  who  co-wrote  the  film. She  is  a  vastly  experienced  character  actress with  over  200  screen  credits  and  still  active.
