Alien still cast a long shadow into the eighties. A motley crew is sent to Titan to find out what happened to a previous expedition. We already know there's a nasty creature there and it's not long before they find out too..Nothing very original here but it's well acted and watchable.

Wendy's acting career began in 1976 with both TV ( Welcome Back Kotter) and film ( Bound For Glory) roles. She appeared a couple of times in Rhoda alongside her stepmother Valerie Harper. She had a regular part as Julie in Fantasy Island and this was her first lead role in a film. She appeared in a number of Joe Dante films though they were not romantically linked. In the 2000s, she has concentrated on voice acting with a regular role in American Dad.

This was Diane's first film role shortly followed by her most famous in Pee Wee's Big Adventure. The hatchet-jawed Amazonian has made the most of her unusual looks and continues to find work in film and television as a character actress.

Annette was the neice of actress Joan Hackett. This was the second of only two film roles though she had more success on TV in Twin Peaks and Baywatch. She retired from screen acting in 1995 but continued to work in theatre for another decade. She later became a chef. She died in 2023.

This was Marie's second film after a number of TV appearances. She quit acting in 1995 and became a children's counsellor for many years. She was coaxed back into film by actor-director James Franco in 2015 and continues to work.
