471 Madman (1982)

   This  slasher  is  another in  the  Friday  the  13th  vein  with  a  group  of  camp  counselors   ( who  outnumber  the  kids  )  terrorised  by Madman  Marz  a  mad  farmer with  an  axe. It  scores  very  low  on  originality  and  acting but  it  is  pretty  well  made  with  pace  and  well-timed  shocks.

Gaylen Ross ( as  Betsy )

Sex : Betsy  has  sex  in  a  jacuzzi  wwith  her  boyfriend

Death : Betsy  is  impaled on  a  coat  hook but  may  have  survived  long  enough  to  perish in  a  fire

This  was  the  second  in  Gaylen's trilogy  of  horror  film  roles.

Harriet  Bass  as  Stacy

Sex : No

Death : Decapitated when  Marz  jumps  on her  truck  bonnet  while  she's  tinkering  with  the  engine 

 This  was  the  first  of  only  two  acting  roles  for  Harriet  but  she  is  also  credited  as  casting  director  on  two  films  in  the  nineties.

Jan  Claire  ( as  Ellie)

Sex : Ellie  has  sex  in  a tent  with  her  boyfriend

Death : Ellie  receives  an  axe in  the  chest  from  Marz but  survives  long  enough  to  be  mistakenly  shot  by  Betsy

This  was  Jan's  only  film  role  which, given  her  dire  performance, isn't  too  surprising  but  she  did  pop  up  on  TV  occasionally  until  2002.
