455 Night School ( 1981)

 This  Boston-set  slasher  got  a  rough  ride  from  the  critics  but  it's  not  that  bad  if  you  can  get  past  the  indifferent  acting. Police  are  investigating  a  series  of  brutal  muders  which  seem  to  be  linked  to  a  randy  anthropolgy  professor, MIllettwith  an  English  girlfriend. There's  nothing  startlingly  original  about  the  story  but it  moves  with  a  decent  pace  and  some  humour.

Rachel  Ward ( as Eleanor )

Rachel  was  born  in England  and  of  aristocratic  stock. She  began  her  career  as  an  international  model  and  dated  one  of  Robert  Kennedy's  sons.. This  was her  first  film  role. Rachel's  acting  drew  a  fair  amount  of  criticism  particularly  after  she  starred  in  the  mini-series  The  Thorn  Birds. In  1983  she  married  Australian  actor Bryan  Brown  and  mot  of  her  projects  since  the  late  eighties  have  been  Australian  ones. In  recent  years  she  has  become  a  respected  director.

Karen MacDonald ( as Carol )

This  was  Karen's  first  film  role  after  appearing  in  a  Tv  Series  called  Park Street Under . She  appeared  in  a  handful  of  other  films  usually  in  minor  roles. She  disappears  after  2004.

Margo  Skinner  ( as  Stevie )

Margo's  single  scene  was  her  first  film  appearance. she  made  sporadic  appearances  across  film  and  TV up to  2004.She  died  in  2005 aged 55.

Elisabeth  Barnitz  ( as Kim )

Death : Decapitated with  a  kuruki  knife

This  was  Elisabeth's  only  film  role.

Holly  Hardman ( as Kathy )

Sex : Kathy  has  had  an  affair with  Millett. Later  she  starts  to  have  lesbian  sex  with  the  school  principal

Death : Killed  with  a  kuruki  knife

This  was  Holly's  first  film  role. She  made  sporadic  film  appearances  up  to  2001. She  has  also  directed  three  films.

Meb  Boden ( as  Annie )

Sex : Annie  has  had  an  affair  with  Millett

Death : Decapitated  as  she is  spun  on  a  roundabout

Apart  from  a  Tv  movie  the  year  after, this  was  Meb's  only  film  role.
