472 Death Valley ( 1982 )

 This  is  fairly  tame  to  be  categorised  as   a  slasher  and  has  a  TV  movie feel  to  it  but  it's  worth  watching. Milky  Bar  kid  lookalike  Billy  is  packed  off  to  Arizona  to  stay  with  his  mum  and  her  new  boyfriend.  Bored, he  wanders  into  an  abandoned  RV  without  realising  its  the  scene  of  the  latest  murders  by  a  serial  killer  and  picks  up  some  incriminating  evidence.

Catherine's  acting  career  began  with  a  long  run on  Ryan's  Hope  in  the  late  seventies.  She  won  an  Emmy  for playing  Marilyn  Monroe in  the TV  movie Marilyn: The  Untold  Story  then  this  was  her  first  film  role. She  had  her  biggest  film  parts in  the  eighties  notably  in  Star  Trek: The  Voyage  Home  but  dropped  back  into  TV  in  the  nineties. She  was  the  female  lead  in  the  series  7th  Heaven for  eleven  years   from  1996  which  precluded  other  work. She  hasn't  any  post-Covid  appearances.

Mary  had  a  few  acting  roles  in  film  and  TV  up  to  1985  but  since  then  has  concentrated  on  the  theatre  becoming  a  successful  playwright  as  well  as  performer.
