This was the first slasher out of the traps post-Halloween. Unfortunately it's not very good. A group of girls stay at their finishing school over the Christmas vacation and invite some guys to stay. They are picked off by a maniac dressed as Santa in revenge for the death of a girl two years earlier.
The faults are manifold. The acting from the cast of unknowns is uniformly poor. The props are dodgy particularly the knives that wobble. The Final Girl is identifiable from the moment she appears and the revelation of the killer's identity poses more questions than it answers.
