451 Death Ship (1980)

 The  Poseidon  Adventure  meets  Event Horizon  in  this  film  from  Canadian  director  Alvin  Rakoff. A  cruise  liner  captained  by  a  grumpy  George  Kennedy is  rammed  by  an  apparently  derelict  black  ship. It   waits  around  to  pick  up  and  then  pick  off  a  handful  of  survivors  despite  having  no  visible  crew. Despite a  sparing  use  of  gore, this  is  a  pretty  grim  film  with  the  expertise  of  casr  and  crew  conjuring  a  convincing  aura  of  dread . The  light  relief  provided  by  the  two  kids  somehow  makes  it  worse.

Victoria  is  an  English  actress  who  worked  mainly  in  TV. She  had  a  recurring  role  in  a  later  series  of  Howard's  Way. She  dropped  out  of  acting  at  the  beginning  of  the  nineties  but  has  participated  in  the  reconstructions  of  the  abandonded  Dr  Who  episode Shada  in  which  she  originally  appeared.
